A small ABA practice in Miami Lakes.

Established 2022. We assess, we write a plan, we collect data every session, and we change the plan when the data says so. The rest of this page is what that means in practice.

How this started.

AIMH was established in 2022 to provide applied behaviour analysis to families across South Florida, in the clinic and in the home.

What we set out to fix was mundane and it is the thing families still tell us about: the paperwork. Referrals that vanish. Authorisations nobody chases. A note signed weeks late. None of that is a clinical problem, and all of it decides whether a child gets sessions.

So the practice was built around its own records from the start — the schedule, the notes, the review queue and the billing all in one place, so that a dropped thread shows up as an alert instead of as a phone call that never comes.

What we hold ourselves to.

  • We do not promise outcomes.Anyone who tells you how far your child will go, before assessing your child, is selling you something.
  • We do not photograph the children we serve.Every scene on this site is created digitally and says so, next to the image.
  • We do not hide what a plan does not cover.If your insurance will not pay for something, you hear it from us before it reaches a bill.
  • We do not publish a number we cannot show you the basis for.No success rates, no satisfaction scores, no family counts — not until there is a figure with a population, a period and a method behind it.

Clinical leadership, the analysts and the office team are all on one page, with the credential each person actually holds.

We do not list anyone whose profile is not published, and we do not print a certification on a web page that our own records do not carry. If a name is here, it is because the system says that person works here.

Quality, described rather than claimed.

We are not going to tell you we are the best at anything. Here is what actually happens to the work.

  1. Data during the session

    Collected while it happens, anchored to the appointment — not reconstructed at night from memory.

  2. A review queue before billing

    Completed sessions go through quality review. A note with a problem does not quietly become a claim.

  3. Supervision that is counted

    Hours are tracked per clinician, per client, against what the payer requires.

  4. Nothing is overwritten

    Plans are versioned, corrections are recorded as corrections, and the original stays.

Aggregate outcome figures are not published on this site. The section that would hold them is built and stays empty until there is a validated number with its population, period, sample and method attached.
