What should be reported?

  • Any concern about the safety or wellbeing of a client — at home, school, community, or during sessions.
  • Suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation — our clinicians are mandatory reporters under Florida law.
  • Ethical concerns about clinical practice (BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts).
  • Privacy / HIPAA concerns — mishandled records, PHI shared through unsecured channels.
  • Billing or fraud concerns — services billed incorrectly to Medicaid or any insurer.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct by anyone associated with our organization.
