We are actively seeking qualified professionals for the following roles.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time · Miami, FL

We are seeking experienced BCBAs to lead our clinical team. As a BCBA at American Institute of Mental Health, you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS), analyze data to drive treatment decisions, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Full-Time · Miami, FL

BCaBAs play a critical role on our team, working under the supervision of a BCBA to implement and monitor ABA treatment plans. You will assist in conducting assessments, collect and analyze behavioral data, provide direct therapy to clients, and help train and support RBTs in the field.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time & Part-Time · Miami, FL

RBTs are the heart of our ABA therapy team, working directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, collect data on client progress, and play a vital role in helping individuals with autism develop essential life skills.

No RBT Certification Yet? No Problem!

You do not need to have your RBT certification to apply. If you are passionate about helping individuals with autism and meet the basic qualifications, we will train you and prepare you for the RBT exam — completely free of charge.

    Free 40-Hour RBT Course — We provide the complete 40-hour RBT training course at no cost to you.

    Pass & Start Working — Once you pass the RBT exam and obtain your certification, you begin providing ABA therapy sessions with our clients.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for working with children and individuals with special needs

Front Desk / Receptionist

Be the first friendly face our families see. As our Front Desk team member you will greet families, answer and route calls and WhatsApp messages, schedule appointments, verify basic intake information, and keep the front office running smoothly and warmly.

Office Manager

Full-Time · Miami Lakes, FL · Minimum 2 years of experience

Run the administrative heart of our practice. The Office Manager oversees daily office operations, staff scheduling and onboarding paperwork, insurance verifications and authorizations follow-up, supply and vendor management, and supports leadership so our clinical team can focus on the families we serve.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of office management or administrative leadership experience (healthcare setting a plus)
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with insurance verification/billing workflows preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
