Join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism
The American Institute of Mental Health is growing, and we're looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to join our ABA therapy team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or just starting your career in behavior analysis, we have a place for you.
We are actively seeking qualified professionals for the following roles.
We are seeking experienced BCBAs to lead our clinical team. As a BCBA at American Institute of Mental Health, you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS), analyze data to drive treatment decisions, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress.
BCaBAs play a critical role on our team, working under the supervision of a BCBA to implement and monitor ABA treatment plans. You will assist in conducting assessments, collect and analyze behavioral data, provide direct therapy to clients, and help train and support RBTs in the field.
RBTs are the heart of our ABA therapy team, working directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, collect data on client progress, and play a vital role in helping individuals with autism develop essential life skills.
You do not need to have your RBT certification to apply. If you are passionate about helping individuals with autism and meet the basic qualifications, we will train you and prepare you for the RBT exam — completely free of charge.
Here's how it works:
Be the first friendly face our families see. As our Front Desk team member you will greet families, answer and route calls and WhatsApp messages, schedule appointments, verify basic intake information, and keep the front office running smoothly and warmly.
Run the administrative heart of our practice. The Office Manager oversees daily office operations, staff scheduling and onboarding paperwork, insurance verifications and authorizations follow-up, supply and vendor management, and supports leadership so our clinical team can focus on the families we serve.
Join a team that is passionate about changing lives. Send us your resume and let's talk about how you can be part of the American Institute of Mental Health family.
