We believe that the best outcomes happen when therapy and education work together. Our BCBAs partner directly with schools to ensure students with ASD receive consistent support across all environments.

Children spend a significant portion of their day in school, making it a critical environment for skill development and behavior management. When ABA strategies are only used at home, children may struggle to transfer skills to the classroom — and vice versa.

Our school consultation services create a bridge between ABA therapy and education. Our BCBAs collaborate with teachers, aides, and school administrators to implement behavioral strategies that support learning, reduce disruption, and promote inclusion.

Process

How School Consultation Works

A collaborative, step-by-step process to bring ABA support into the classroom.

Parent Consent & School Contact

With the parent's written consent, our BCBA reaches out to the school to introduce our services and establish a collaborative relationship with the school team.

Classroom Observation

The BCBA observes the student in the classroom to understand the school environment, identify triggers and challenges, and assess how current supports are working.

Strategy Development & Training

Based on observations, the BCBA develops classroom-specific strategies and trains relevant staff on implementation, data collection, and progress monitoring.

Ongoing Support & Collaboration

The BCBA maintains regular communication with the school team, providing follow-up observations, strategy adjustments, and participation in IEP and team meetings throughout the school year.
