Adult ABA therapy

Building independence, confidence, and quality of life for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder

ABA Therapy Isn't Just for Kids

Many people think ABA therapy is only for young children — but the truth is, ABA can be just as transformative for teens and adults with ASD.

Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder face unique challenges as they transition from school-based support systems into adulthood. The structure and resources that were available in school often disappear, leaving many adults and their families without the support they need.

Our adult ABA programs are designed to fill that gap. We work with adults to build practical life skills, strengthen social abilities, develop vocational competence, and increase meaningful participation in their communities. Every program is individualized and guided by the client's own goals and interests.

Whether the goal is learning to cook, navigating public transportation, succeeding at a job, or building social connections, our BCBAs and RBTs are here to help adults with ASD live their most independent, fulfilling lives.

What We Focus On

Our adult ABA programs target four key areas that are essential for independence and quality of life.

Independent Living Skills

We teach the practical skills needed for daily life, empowering adults to take care of themselves and their living spaces with growing independence.

Vocational Readiness

Prepare for meaningful employment through skill-building programs that target workplace behaviors, job-specific tasks, and professional social skills.

Social Skills

Develop the social competencies needed for meaningful relationships, community participation, and navigating daily social interactions with confidence.

Community Integration

We help adults with ASD become active, confident members of their communities through real-world practice in public spaces and social settings.

How Adult ABA Is Different

Adult ABA therapy is designed with dignity, respect, and self-determination at its core.

Client-Directed Goals

Adults choose their own therapy goals based on what matters most to them — whether it's getting a job, living independently, or building friendships.

Age-Appropriate Methods

We use teaching methods and materials that respect the dignity and maturity of our adult clients. No childish approaches — only strategies designed for adults.

Real-World Focus

Therapy happens in real environments — the workplace, grocery store, public transit, and community — where skills are needed most.

Transition Support

For young adults aging out of school services, we provide critical transition support to ensure continuity of care and continued skill development.

Who Can Benefit?

Our adult ABA programs serve individuals across a wide range of needs and abilities.
